This blog is intended to cover my need to share thoughts, knowledge, and experience that I’ve accumulated over many years in the industry. I’m going to write primarily about technology (tools, system architecture, algorithms and data structures), personal productivity (time and task management), project and product management, marketing and business.
There are a lot of materials on the web already covering the topics above, but I am convinced that everyone’s learning route is unique, at the same time we all understand the same things differently based on our current level in a particular area. That means the same information that has passed through someones' mind is not the same anymore, it has enriched with one’s experience and understanding.
We can find some useful insight reading about someone’s experience and observations and it can reinforce learning and highlight new areas of development. The more we learn different things the better our brain is trained to recognize the patterns and fortunately the number of such patterns is not infinite.
Saying all of that I’m inviting you to look around and I would be glad if you can find something useful, inspirational, meaningful, and insightful. I’m writing about the things I’ve learned over time, reflecting on them, and sharing my experience. Sharing of accumulated knowledge in writing have the value on its own, as it enforce me to think about important stuff and also make me think about the reader and his/her interest.
I was trying to start blogging for around 10 years and I’ve failed multiple times. The main reason for all failures is perfectionism. This time I’m doing it differently - it should be just good enough. This is some kind of therapy for me - accepting the idea that I cannot make it perfect, but at the same time I still can bring value.
